"I saw Lisa for the first time and she was wonderful. I've had my Oticon hearing aids for one year but have not been wearing them like I should. She updated my software (which showed how much I was really wearing them)!! Busted! She also cleaned out my ears and I am now committed to wearing them at least 8 hrs. a day."
